Work top to bottom within each section. Items are roughly ordered by dependency — earlier items often unblock later ones. Anything tagged confirm with lawyer or confirm with accountant should be reviewed with our professionals before acting — they have full context on our specific situation.
Use the notes field on each item to record contract numbers, account IDs, vendor names, dates, and anything else worth keeping with the task. Add structured fields (key/value) for things you'll want to look up later (e.g. ein, registered_agent).
Use Add task in any section to propose a new item. Suggestions land in a Pending reviewqueue at the bottom of that section until they're approved.
Most of this is coordinated with our lawyers, but we still need to know what's happening, hold the documents, and make decisions on equity and roles.

The day-to-day tooling the team uses to communicate, plan, and stay organized.

Set these in our calendar now. Each one creates real problems if missed.
Items not always called out in standard checklists, but worth getting right early.
